BUNDLING, STACKING AND PACKAGING AREA
In the final part of the finishing area, bars are picked and conveyed to a bundle forming station, the bundle is subsequently discharged on a roller table with vertical idle rollers, feeding the Automatic Binding Machines which are hydraulically operated and can bind with simple or double tight turn of wire. After binding, the bundles are picked up from the roller table by a lifting chain transfer device that includes a weighing/labelling station.
The crane can then move the tied package to the storage area.
